Just heard Casso was moved out of Supermax in Colorado, and put into a Fed. jail up in Minneapolis? Any particular reason that anyone knows about?

What the hell could the Govt offer him other than release, and that's not gonna happen. Ever. Beside, why would he even go for it since they've screwed him already top and bottom.
Too, as anyone who's been down knows, any change from the every day, is a welcome respite, 'specially for someone doing all day.
