Anyways i may have misread but that was the impression i was under, not to mention there was some sort of contact between him and tino and i think he was named as the one Made member in the inditment i may be wrong on that though so a simply correction will do if i am.
I'm not upset here. I've just noticed that a few people have been referring to Depiro as the acting captain. And, since he was identified in his indictment as a soldier, I naturally wonder where they're getting this from.
