You can't really compare Peter Schebetta (whose entire character was poorly written) to Nicodemo's situation. Peter was trying to kill someone much stronger than him (and didn't even bring a weapon) while Nicodemo is just looking to avoid trouble.

I meant comparing the prison life for Nicodemo in city lockup to Schibetta in Oz. Schibetta was raped because he tried to kill someone much stronger than him (and didn't even think to use a weapon). Nicodemo is just trying to survive in city lockup.
