You can't really compare Peter Schebetta (whose entire character was poorly written) to Nicodemo's situation. Peter was trying to kill someone much stronger than him (and didn't even bring a weapon) while Nicodemo is just looking to avoid trouble.
I was just messing around with the clip from OZ. I doubt Nicodemo's taking it up the ass. Well at least so far.
