If he can stand up for himself, and not come off as a weakling, then he wont be bothered that much. It's not just the biggest, baddest guys that don't get messed with in prison.
They might keep all the white boys together since they're so heavily out numbered in the city lockup.
But if not, he better watch that mouth of his. That south philly bravado doesn't fly with the bangers. Especially when they out number you 30 to 1 or whatever the ratio is in there.
