The prosecution has seemed to be granted a little too much clout in this case. I also feel that the the judge allowing the prosecutor to play a soundbite of Freckles from Prison Joking about Beating up Angelo Lutz was bolshit given the fact that he paid his debt for society for those crimes that he committed. Prior Bad Acts Motions should have been litigated in Pre-Trial Motions Hearings.

I know we have some attorneys on here or people with a great deal of knowledge when it comes to the judicial system. Is this allowed on a federal level?
