The difficulty with all of this was that the Kennedy's annoyed a lot of people and therefore a case could be made for anti-civil rights campaigners, CIA/Cuban Exiles, the mob, the FBI... the list goes on. RFK's murder was certainly a conspiracy with a lot of fingers pointed toward the CIA.
