1.I dont think hes important enough for them to give a fuck about him going to jail and not earning unless hes bringing in millions a week.
2.To be honest, hes been caught and arrested so its not like the police are going about rousting every gambino member and associate looking for him. And i dont think one stabbing is going to make them intensify any investigation into the gambinos as a whole.
