The humidity is 17 per cent. I remember that humidity can be a bitch. A couple summers ago when I visited Michigan, I could feel the humidity as soon as I got off the plane.
However, when it's hot here, usually (although not so bad today for some reason) the smog is so thick you can't see the mountains which are usually very visible.
