My Ex GF told me The D.A. lied at my bail hearing my waving papers in the air saying that they had me on camera at a CVS or Walgreens buying materials you use for that type of crime ...which they didn't ..My lawyer put it simply because the one kid confessed to the thing..and said I was there along with another kid that was enough to get warrants for both of us. It's kinda crazy the way the system works.

The victim said in the discovery that he took up to 8 oxycontins a day..he is not called to testify he could not even give a skin color to the police ..They read him his rights in the hospital and charged him with intent to distribute..and said you have the right to remain silence but do you want to talk to us and he did... he went on the run
