cops always add charges. Dicknose could have did one thing wrong and they added the rest. Cops do it and get away with this all the time.
No doubt about that. They love to bury you with indictable offenses. I think they figure even if you make a deal and get some charges dropped that there will still be enough to fuck you over.
Do you have priors Dicknose? That could also seriously work against you at sentencing, assuming that you'll be found guilty.
