Politicians lie, and sometimes lying is actually the right thing to do. I thought I made that point clear regarding that negotiation over Germany. He played the Soviets and it worked out for the better. I was agreeing in regards to Turnbull's point about Bush Sr.'s foreign policy, and sorta elaborating on it.
