The Luisi Family were a bunch of bullies who stepped on the wrong feet. They acted like total assholes and thought they owned the North End. Nobody liked them. They thought they could shake people down and get away with it. Mostly a bunch of losers who went around kissing each other on the cheeks. Not moneymakers that is for sure.
