check this latest gem out the first part, while maybe a little rough, is at least justifiable to a degree. once the teen was under control, what the second officer did, and more importantly said, was beyond disgusting. don't worry though, internal affairs is on it i think a good step in the right direction, while not a means of stopping this, but to punish those who act in this way, is to have an independent internal affairs division with no connection to the police department whatsoever. the current system of "investigation" is little better than having rapists on a jury during a sex offender trial. ok, maybe a little harsh but there is definatly a major conflict of interests going on and much more independent oversight is needed. watch and decide for yourself...
