You guys are forgetting Johnny"keys" Simone of Philadelphia. Gravano pulled the trigger on that one. He was kidnapped at a golf course and shot in the woods with his shoes off apparently so Simone's wife would know why he was killed. I believe this is in "Underboss" also. I know it was written in other books also
Gravano didnt pull the trigger but he was present. Louie Milito pulled teh trigger. Gravano said he respected simone because he took his death like a man and he requested to die with his shoes off
