absolutely right. his every free breath insults the fbi. i have heard similar things about him and ralphie always being together. i had a friend who did his business around zerega avenue where they held court. he better hope no one around him turns 'bad', hes got a lot of 'baggage'.
There was a bar on the corner of Zerega and Westchester Avenue called "The Shack." It was a dump but it was there forever. Come to think of it, the place has probably been closed for close to twenty years (Christ, I'm getting old).
Anyway, Ralphie was in that place all day long. Angelo Prisco owned half the block. Literally. Those were the f'n days. But no more. No offense, but today if you don't speak Spanish, you can't even order lunch on Zerega
