Barney?

Four reasons.

1) He's young by comparison.

2) He was close to Vince Gigante

3) The Feds never wanted to give him that deal in '96. They were hoping he'd take it to trial and get beat. Even with the twelve years that he was inside, they knew he'd come out in the prime of his life.

4) The Feds redux. They're still smarting over giving him a year for fucking mail fraud when they thought they had him dead to rights on a murder rap. A murder rap that he was innocent of, by the way. The star witness there, Pete Peluso, is as big a lowlife as God ever made. What did that piece of shit accomplish besides getting a 75 year old barber indicted and scaring him half to death?

And just for the record, Barney would have eaten his own arm before turning on Ralphie. They were that close.
