Supposedly you strangle yourself just to the point of almost passing out, then when you wake up you're supposed to have quite a high. Some kid died hanging himself from the rope off a swing set. They tell parents to tell their kids about drugs. Now instead of saying no to dope we have to tell kids to say no to rope.
