It's Julius Marx - aka: "Groucho". I believe the other fellow is his brother, Leonard (Chico).

Thanks, TIS... smart smart or Fredo smaht? I have been a Marx Bros. fan for a long time. Imagine my surprise when I grew up to learn Chico wasn't Italian - he was Jewish! Groucho's droopy eye was the give away.
