this has gotta be my new favorite way to cook them. recently when i was helping a friend move, we discovered an old, rusted cast iron skillet. this thing was old, real thick and heavy. i brought it home, scrubbed all the rust off, and re-seasoned it. good as new. these things are great as they really hold the heat, the only drawback is they really cause alot of smoke so from now on i use it outside only. great for burgers as well.
