Hey Debz! Good to see you back here!

Hey TIS... how about this rain, huh? It's pretty crazy, it came out of nowhere! It was so hot and bright and beautiful a couple of days ago, and now it's all thunder and lightning and sweaters and jackets! (Oh my!) It was even hailing golf balls a couple of hours ago... unbelievable.
It's raining out by you too, right? You're not that far from me...
