The Federal Bureau of Prisons inmate locator still shows Vito is set to be released October 6, 2012 -- see

Whenever an inmate is released, even earlier than the actual or projected release, you won't be able to locate the inmate by using the locator.

Vito's uncle Domenico Manno is set to be released December 12 of this year from Fort Dix FCI in New Jersey -- see

Renda, Cun trera, Nick Sr., and Manno were implicated in the targeting and actual execution of Paolo Violi.
