Poor Kathy Bates (Harry's Law & Misery) announced she is recovering from a double mastectomy after being diagnosed with breast cancer. In 02/03 she had ovarian cancer and pulled thru. Don't you wonder how some people survive getting hit with double whammies like this? She is expected to recover so that's good. I wish her well.
