Great to have someone on the board who has witnessed this stuff in real life ! Thanks for the info But like was mentioned in the book : a Latvian Latin King sounded pretty odd lol. Portuguese Latin Kings sound more believable, especially since there is a relatively large Portuguese population on the East Coast.
