I took Clemenza. He seemed to be a happy guy, enjoyed a good meal, and was well liked by everyone.
As the actor you wouldn't have had the chance to enjoy a good meal in that role. If I remember correctly, we see him eating twice - the Chinese food from a box and in the deleted scene a plate full of pasta. And remember you would have to run the stairs 70 times.
