As far as I know he could be one of the most influential guys in the Family to a drooling slob. He was half blind and confined to a wheelchair last I heard but that his intelligence was not diminished. Like I said, it's all speculation
Yeah he's in a bad way i doubt he's active but as you've said he could be considering his past influence . A couple of guys who've not been mentioned but again they may not be active because of they're advanced age are Frank Illiano and Vincent DiNapoli.
