thats pretty much spot on imo. coke had its heyday in the 70's, followed by crack in the 80's but after that it seems to have fizzled out, replaced by meth as you stated in the "upper" catagory. also, as you mentioned cocaine fetches a much higher price in europe these days. heroin is the big moneymaker at the present time in the us as far as imported drugs go, particularly in the northeast.
