for all we know the feds will put mark on the stand and thus not charge him on any federal stuff...its still too early to tell what their ultimate plans are IMO
+1 I don't follow modern day Boston all that closely, but once the Feds have a witness they own him. And if you think they're done with him, you're crazy. Of course he could tell the Feds to fuck off, but at that point they'll just charge him with anything they want.

Hopefully Whitey Bulger lives and is brought to trial and DeLuca is put on the stand and it can clear up some stuff.
