Took me a moment or two, but I recognized it because of the man.

It's a photo from the 1958 play Ulysses in Nighttown, based on a part of the novel Ulysses by James Joyce. The man is Zero Mostel, and the woman is Bea Arthur (from TV's Maude and Golden Girls).

Incidentally, six years later in 1964, Mostel created the role of "Tevye" on Broadway in Fiddler on the Roof, and Bea Arthur was the original "Yente the Matchmaker."
