Speaking of Licta..to have a mob nickname "scoops" he talked to much,

I mean things were handled a lot differently between each boss..I'm currently reading the "The Goodfella Tapes". Stanfa contradicts himself in his strategies of doing business so many times its ridiculous. An example of his meth-logy of carrying out a hit is quoted below from one his new henchman from Sicily that became a government informant.



On page 109 A stanfa associate Rosario Bellocchi is quoted reflecting on a Stanfa's Murder Plot to rub out a member for talking too much

"He said he wanted to kill him, cut his penis off, put it in his mouth, and leave the body on Delaware Ave...to show people had talked too much."

I was dieing laughing reading this..I mean this guy is running legitmate and illegal business and this is his idea to take care of a problem
