In line with the embarrassing college official theme, Louis Freeh released his 267 page report on Penn State University's handling of the Sandusky child molestation issues. Freeh's eight month investigation was commissioned by Penn State soon after Sandusky was indicted.

The report finds that the administration and Paterno empowered Sandusky in molesting children by providing virtually unlimited access to the university and football program after Sandusky's resignation in 1999. These visits constituted the primary means, with which Sandusky attracted his victims.

Moreover, the report confirms what was widely suspected: the administration intentionally concealed reports of abuse in order to avoid embarrassment.

PSU's liability carrier better be digging deep.
