I remember an episode where Kathy lee was there and she was blatantly coming on to him and he was just brushing it off. I think he said she "sexted" him as well and she was saying that she was waiting for him to ask her out.
He's my favorite anchor, his coverage in disaster areas like Haiti and Hurricane Katrina always provided great coverage.
Tommy Shots: They want me running the family, don't they know I have a young wife? Sal Vitale: (laughs) Tommy, jump in, the water's fine.

Kathy Lee is a wino, I get a kick out of the SNL Skits when they imitate Kathy Lee and Hoda. It goes without saying that its socially acceptable in today's society. The former Governor of New Jersey, McGreevy, if born in today's era maybe would have never been married to a women or started a family? As far as I'm concerned "Live and Let live"

Geoff your right it doesn't matter in 2012. What I stated above I hope does not offend anyone or came off the wrong way. While I was an inpatient at a rehab facility a few months back. We had meetings every day, probably 6 to 8 meetings a day. There was a middle aged man that had a story similar to that of the former governor, he was an alumni who had a year clean from drugs and alcohol. I thought the guy had a lot of courage to tell his story in front of an audience.

In old times homosecuality is really a big crime, now after the law implementations the peoples are understanding the rights of these peoples.
Not just in old times. It wasn't until 2003 that the US Supreme Court ruled that Texas' law against sodomy was unconstitutional under the Fourteenth Amendment in Lawrence v. Texas. At least thirteen states at the time had laws criminalizing consensual sodomy and oral sex between adults.
Other states either repealed anti-sodomy laws or had them declared unconstitutional by their state high courts in the 1990s. Among them was Georgia, which became famous for their law against sodomy was upheld in 1986 in the 5-4 US Supreme Court decision of Bowers v. Hardwick.
