The Feds turned down a $4.5 million dollar bail package? That's ridiculous. It's a gambling case for God's sake. So in my opinion, there has to be more to this.

That said, DePreta ain't a kid anymore. He's 44 years old, and not having any assets in his name is just so, well, Gotti-like. If he could have shown some income, or even a piece of property, they wouldn't have denied his bail. It ain't 1940 anymore. Declare some income.
