in defense of the oc i dont believe that they dont pay off big winners. if that kind of pr or rumors got around that they werent paying winners who would bet with them. i did hear that some of these off shore gambling sites were you give them a credit card to open an account and put a thousand or 2 off the card and you win gambling that they sometimes will not pay
