Saul Kane lived in Margate, Atlantic County and was a former Atlantic City bail bondsman and a longtime Scarfo associate. During his criminal career Kane was heavily influenced with the smuggling and trafficking of phenyl-2-propanone (P-2-P), a key ingredient in the manufacture of methamphetamine/speed.

He was convicted in May 18th 1987 in seperate cases of federal drug charges and extortion. He is currently serving a twenty-five year prison sentence.
