Longneck, if you haven't already done so, seek legal representation. Divorce with contested custody issues is very costly. You may want to contact your county's bar association, which can direct you to Legal Services, which can provide competent representation at low or no cost.
Your situation sounds complicated with divorce, custody and criminal proceedings on the horizon. As stated above though, nothing is more important than your little girl, who will find these times more tumultuous than you, your wife or your in-laws.
My best advice is not to speak ill of your wife or in-laws in front of her even and especially if they speak ill of you. Best of luck to you.

This Diamond Jubilee has got me worn out. Four days of celebrating,eating, drinking and flag waving has got me shattered  Well, I saw some of it on television here, and it looked incredible!
