If people oppose gay marriage for truly religious reasons, that's one thing.
Of course, you'll notice that much of the pro-gay marriage crowd doesn't even allow us that. It's not because of our religious beliefs. It's because we're just a bunch of hateful jerks.
Unfortunately, that is true in some cases. They simply hate gays, just as hateful people once opposed mixed race marriages. It's too bad that the haters grab the attention.
As for the magazine cover, it's just silly.
