Holy sh*t, this did not turn out as I thought it would. Any thoughts on why there's been an acquittal? Is it just because the jury didn't buy Dino Calabro's testimony?
pretty much, the prosecution rested on the testimony of all the cooperators including joey caves and big dino, the jury convicted them of rico murder conspiracy, three for tommy, one for little dino. there was no real physical evidence to tie the guys to the murders
i wonder how this verdict will fare for joel cacace's upcoming trial on the cop hit
