Nice timeline, NJ. But in my eyes, you forgot two very important dates.

Feb 6, 1969 - Thomas Zummo is found shot to death in Queens. Zummo was a connected guy to Rastelli. Massino admitted to this murder and said it was the first murder he commited.

July 1977 - Massino was made into the Bonanno Family and was put in Philip Giaccone´s crew but later same year swithed to Mike Sabella´s crew.

And one more thing, Castellano was never consigliere. He was a captain before being appointed boss in 1976.
