Mmmm All of that sounds great Zia. Don't know about vodka in my sauce tho??? Then again there's a restaurant here that serves Jack Daniels Steak and it's great.
I like to cook. I enjoy cooking meals more than desserts, and of course Italian is my favorite. However, I wish I knew how to make more dishes. It took me some years to get my tomato sauce to a point where I think I finally got it.
Speaking of Pasta noodles. I remember some years back my grandmother/mother/aunts making noodles from scratch. It was a big deal. Like a holiday. My sister and I and some of the other cousins would be in charge of curling the noodle with a strawlike utensil, each noodle individually. Took all day to make, but it did taste great.
