Newspaper reports at the time say the place was empty and Luciano's arrest record doesn't show anything for April 1931. On the claim that the hitmen were Seigel, Joe Adonis, Vito Genovese & Albert Anastasia - very unlikely (this information is originally in the discredited Gosch and Hammer book, I believe).
