Agreed. Although at this point, if they hurt/kill this guy, it would draw way too much unwanted attention. The last time, that we know off, that the Outfit did think it was worth the effort, was probably when Anthony Zizzo disappeared in 2006.

But hey, if in the old days some guy was going to run around telling people how Giancana came in his pants while killing a man and how he was a rat etc.....there would be some problems .
