Don't know anything about this guy in video, but from what some people say is he's a Chicago outfit associate. Joe Fosco was an associate for many years, up until 2000, when he decided to leave the life. Now Fosco is a calumnist for a Chicago Newspaper, who writes about the Outfit.

The Outfit of course are not pleased at all by Fosco's remarks about them.
