Maher is a comedian who has a foul mouth, no sponsors, and does not attack "private" perons in the First Amendment sense. There is no comparison between him and Rushbo.
He attacked Joe The Plumber and attacks the Tea Party.
There is a comparison. Both are political commentators.
Joe the Plumber isn't even a Plumber, but he is a ublic figure. The Tea Party is a group of people who are also a public figure thus subject to ridicule more than a privtes figure....and when did Maher say he wanted to see a sex tape of either of these?
