Was the 75 "official" figure taking into account any side-Jobs Chris, Joey and Anthony may have done themselves without Roy?
IIRC, it included every murder/disappearance that could be plausibly linked with the crew members when it was still a crew, but it didn't include the members' later work for the Luccheses.
