I love the smell of garlic. Everytime I make my pasta sauce, just browning off the garlic, makes the whole house smell good.
I remember as a kid, if my mom was making it, she'd only be at the beginning stages and if I had friends over, they would all comment, "what smells so good."
Of course, a day later, when you still smell it, it might be a little much.
Not to mention my dad's favorite comment: "Garlic is good for you. It cleans out your blood."
