Wisconsin state senator Glenn Grothman defended his controversial new bill that would require the state’s Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board to label single parenthood as “a contributing factor to child abuse and neglect.”

Grothman told [radio-host] Colmes that the country’s out-of-wedlock birth rate is the “choice of the women,” who should be “educated that this is a mistake.”
