Possibly he was trying to post a pic(s) and kept making a mistake?
Sure, it's possible, but wouldn't you stop and ask for help after 15 attempts and about 20 minutes??
We've had issues like this before, and since MMD PROBABLY saw the photos show up in his messages (because the image had already appeared on his computer) he may not have been aware of a problem.
I didn't want to take any chance, though, in case he had a contagious issue.
