By the way, speaking of waking up that early, I'm back to exercising every morning; except instead of running, I start and end with walking, and jog a little bit in between. The jogging hurts sometimes, but I'm proud of myself. I'm being very strong.

I'm so stupid: at first, I was wearing my usual workout pants, which are like thin stretchy yoga pants... and my leg was hurting like crazy because it was so tense and COLD!! But now, I wear sweatpants, and it makes a huge difference.
