south boston is still full of criminal activity, i dont think anyone can dispute that. is is what it once was? no, but where in america is that the case? bulgers working relationship with the fbi was the main reason the winter hill gang was able to become so prominent, and once that was broken up the organization lost alot of clout. it seems like irish oc in south boston will be around for the forseable future, just in a diminished capacity. it seems to be one of the last holdouts left in north america, what else is there? the mythical k and a gang of philly that nobody seems to know anything about, or the remnents of the west eng gang up in montreal. anybody from southie please feel free to share opinions. in south boston the fbi stands for "forever bothering irish"
